Go For It 'Girl' Terms and Conditions

1. We may use your details to find a suitable instructor from one of our partner driving schools should we not have an instructor available.  Customers whose tuition is given by another driving school are bound by the terms and conditions of that driving school, not Go For It Girl.

2. The prices on this website page supercede any prices or offers advertised elsewhere.

3. The instructor shall make their services as a Go For It Girl instructor available to the pupil for the purpose of giving driving lessons.  She has the right to substitute another instructor if so required.  Your instructor will have the correct insurance to deliver your driver training and for your driving tests.

4. If your driving instructor breaks down or has an accident, the instructor reserves the right to rearrange the lesson to a time convenient for you both.

5. The lesson cost shall be paid in advance of each lesson.  Should lesson prices change, 4 weeks notice will be given.

6. If the pupil fails to give the instructor a minimum of 24 hours notice cancelling, changing or postponing any lesson, the pupil shall be liable for the full cost of the lesson.

7. The pupil agrees that they are fit and licensed to drive and should inform their driving instructor if they are taking any medication or suffer any health problems which may affect their ability to drive.

8.  This agreement is made solely between the instructor and the pupil and no contractual relationship exists between Go For It Girl and the pupil. Accordingly, the pupil acknowledges that Go For It Girl has no liability to the pupil in respect of any injury, loss or damage arising from the use of the tuition vehicle or from the acts or omissions of the instructor or any other instructor substituted.  All our instructors are self employed.

9. If you pay the instructor for your next booking in advance or pay for a block booking, Go For It Girl does not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any acts, defaults or failure on the part of the instructor not to carry out their obligations.

10. The instructor reserves the right to refuse her car for a driving test, if she believes the candidate is not ready.
